Founding price — for the first firms

Founding price for firms that start by June 30, 2027. After that the regular price applies. Your price stays for good — for as long as your subscription runs.

And it stays.

The founding price does not run out. It is not a discount on a timer but your price for as long as your subscription runs — there is no later switch to the list price. What is bounded is the window to come on board, never your price: if the regular price goes up later, yours stays where it is.

No surprise on your invoice. If the quota gets tight we get in touch and adjust the tier — up or down. No automatic overage charge, no per-extra-case rate, no automatic tier change.

  • Setup fee

There is none. There is one amount per month, and nothing else.

  • Automatic overage charge

If the quota runs low we get in touch — no rate per extra case.

  • Automatic tier change

The tier only moves if you want it to — up or down.

  • Price rise after onboarding

The founding price does not expire; it stays for as long as your subscription runs.

All prices in CHF, excluding taxes, per firm. Invoiced monthly.

The same amounts in both currencies — CHF for firms in Switzerland, EUR in Germany and Austria. You can switch country at the bottom of the page.

What is a case?

One workflow for one client for one tax year. There is nothing more to it.

  • One workflow, one client, one tax year. A client for whom you file both the Swiss and the German return is two cases.

  • Counted on submission. Not when the case is created — only once your client submits.

  • Drafts never count. Abandoned drafts, test cases and guest sessions that were never completed stay out of it.

  • Corrections are not a new case. Amendments within the same tax year are not counted again.

Why the quota runs per year

Tax work is seasonal. A monthly cap would bite exactly during filing season — precisely when you need crosstax most. So the quota counts the year; invoicing stays monthly.

Questions about pricing

What exactly counts as a case?

One workflow for one client for one tax year. A client for whom you file both the Swiss and the German return is two cases.

When is a case counted?

On submission by your client. Cases that are created but never submitted, test cases and unfinished guest sessions never count.

Does a correction count as a new case?

No. Amendments within the same tax year are the same case.

Why per year and not per month?

Because tax work is seasonal. A monthly cap would bite exactly during filing season. The quota covers the year; invoicing is monthly.

What happens if we go over the quota?

Nothing you first hear about on an invoice. There is no automatic overage charge, no per-extra-case rate and no automatic tier change. We get in touch, and we adjust the tier — up or down.

Is the price per firm or per head?

Per firm. The tier follows the number of qualified professionals; the firm is what gets invoiced — excl. VAT, monthly.

Does the founding price ever run out?

No. It holds for as long as your subscription runs — there is no term on your price and no switch to the list price. What is bounded is only the window to come on board: firms that start by June 30, 2027 get it. If the regular price goes up later, yours stays where it is.

Which currency are we billed in?

Firms in Switzerland in CHF, in Germany and Austria in EUR. The amounts are identical in both currencies — we do not convert, so nothing shifts with the exchange rate.
