On behalf of your company, grant us a power of attorney to represent it before the Swiss tax authority, signed by two persons who are jointly authorised to sign. You enter the company (with register search), your details and those of the second person. The power of attorney then goes to both of you for electronic signature, each person with their own SMS code.
