Before you start
- The legal entity is subject to reporting under the TJPG (e.g. GmbH, AG, cooperative) and has its registered seat in or a connection to Switzerland.Excluded are, among others, foundations, associations, listed companies and sole proprietorships.
- I am carrying out this capture on behalf of the legal entity and am authorised to do so.
